After two years of organizing and strikes by baristas, Starbucks announced Feb. 27 that it wants a reset with Starbucks Workers United.
It will provide workers at the roughly 400 unionized stores with benefits that the company granted to non-union workers in 2022, and it pledges to restart bargaining to reach collective bargaining agreements with unionized stores.Â
