Oregon Nurses Association and Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals have been trying to raise the alarm about overwork and unsafe staffing levels, but hospitals don’t seem to be taking aggressive action to address the crisis, which is leading to a vicious cycle of burnout.
