Archives

This publication has chronicled the labor movement since 1900. Though each edition was written for present-day readers, over time the archives have become a rich resource for historical research. What most of our readers call “the Labor Press” has gone through several name changes since its founding. It was known as:
  • Portland Labor Press from 1900 to 1915;
  • Oregon Labor Press from 1915 to 1986;
  • Oregon/Washington Labor Press 1986 to 1987; and
  • Northwest Labor Press from 1987 to today.

There are several ways to access our archives.
