Anna Del Savio joined the Northwest Labor Press as a full-time staff reporter in September. She comes to the labor beat after reporting on city and county government for the Portland Tribune. Prior to that she spent four years as a reporter for the Columbia County Spotlight.
Del Savio grew up in Portland, and after graduating from Cleveland High School, she earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and design from The New School in New York City.
She replaces Grant Stringer. Stringer joined the Labor Press staff in June 2024, but in September moved to the San Francisco Bay area and is now working for the Mercury News in San Jose.
