Oregon State Building and Construction Trades Council is offering two $1,000 scholarships to dependents of union members of whose locals are affiliated with the council. The scholarships are for graduating high school seniors or students currently attending a college or university.
Students can find the scholarship application at oregonbuildingtrades.com/scholarship-application and must upload the completed pdf by 5 p.m. September 18. Winners will be announced at the council’s annual convention, which will take place Sept. 26-28 in Klamath Falls.  Â
