In this age of mergers, utility deregulation and downsizing, Portland-based Office and Professional Employees Local 11 has been able to guarantee a no-layoff provision in its last three contracts for nearly 1,000 employees at Northwest Natural Gas.

UFCW Local 555 wraps Portland area meat and grocery contracts early
