Coal Terminal
As building trades union leaders look on, Jodi Guetzloe Parker, head of Columbia Pacific Building Trades, shakes hands with Allen Fore, Kinder Morgan director of public affairs, over a memorandum of understanding that a proposed coal export terminal at Port Westward Industrial Park will be built with local union labor if it goes forward.
